FRANKLIN—Dr. William Rohimbox Morrison Jr., 91, passed away on March 9, 2014, at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Morrison, a retired internal medicine physician, was born in Columbus, Ohio, and was a former resident of Brooklyn, N.Y. He was a graduate of Ohio State University and was of the Protestant faith.

He was predeceased by his parents, William R. and Edith Marie Morrison.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty Poe Morrison; three sons, Dr. William R. Morrison IV, of Franklin, Hashim O. Morrison of Long Island, N.Y.., and Dr. Norris D. Morrison of Brooklyn; and other extended family.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 13, at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, with the Rev. James H. Hyatt, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.
