Waverly Lawrence to be honored

FRANKLIN—An appreciation banquet is planned to honor Waverly Lawrence for his 35 years of service to the Franklin community through the city’s Department of Parks and Recreation.

The event will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 29, and will be at the Sportsman’s Association, 1421 South St.
Dress is casual attire.
There will be a $10 cover charge at the door.
