FRANKLIN—Georgia Mae Offtermatt, 91, widow of Wilbur F. Offtermatt, was called home to her Lord on Jan. 24, 2014. She was born in Benefit, Va., to the late James and Maggie Mae Gilbert Castellow, and was predeceased by two sisters, Annie Bell and Martha Patterson; and by a brother, Jimmy Castellow.

Mrs. Offtermatt was a very active member of the Church of the Risen Savior in Albuquerque, N.M., prior to moving to The Village at Woods Edge.

Left to cherish her memory are two sisters, Aleene C. Hayes and her husband, Billy, of Hunterdale, and Pauline C. Padgett of Suffolk; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be at noon Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, at Wright Funeral Home with Father Charles Saglio officiating. Burial will follow in Albuquerque, N.M.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, and suggests memorials be made to the Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
