FRANKLIN—Helen Louise Smith Parker, 99, widow of Wade H. Parker, died Jan. 24, 2014.

Survivors include one sister, Rose Smith Breedlove, of Virginia Beach and nieces and nephews.

The graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27, 2014, at Poplar Spring Cemetery with the Rev. Brent Kimlick and the Rev. Sharon James officiating.
