Capron – Ira Cattlett Romines, Jr., 57, passed away December 23, 2013. Born on November 11, 1956 in Knoxville, TN, he was a son of the late Ira Cattlett Romines, Sr. and June Parrott Romines Vann. He was also predeceased by a brother, Jim Parrotte. Ira was a member of Joyner United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife of nearly 40 years, whom he married on May 3, 1974, Judy Parker Romines; daughter (in-law) Megan Gloystein Romines, his grandchildren, Jobie Williams Romines, II, Emma Joy Romines, Parker Jeffrey Romines and Hunter Dennis Romines; his son, Jobie Romines; his sister, Gladys Romines Brittle and Milton Dunn; his brother, Olin G. Romines, and Brenda nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, sister-in-law, Jenny Parrotte and in-laws, Lynn and Frances Parker.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Joyner United Methodist Church, 18084 Club House Road, Capron, VA with Pastor Nancy Palmer and Rev. Hoyle Green officiating. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
