Denmark, S.C.— Mrs. Jane Louise Warrington Edwards Gee, 86, widow of Gaston Gee, died on Nov. 16, 2013, at Agape Assisted Living in West Columbia, S.C. She was born on Oct. 8, 1927, in Whaleyville, Va., and was the daughter of the late William Burton Warrington Sr. and Janie Ophelia Lassiter Warrington.

Mrs. Gee was a member of the Bethel Park United Methodist Church in Denmark, S.C.

Survivors include two brothers, Conrad L. Warrington of Williamsport, Pa., and Bruce A. Warrington of Newport News, Va.; two stepdaughters, Elizabeth B. Gee of Bluffton, S.C., Carolyn (Bobby) Foster of Columbia, S.C., and two stepsons, Charles W. (Kathy) Gee of West Columbia, and William Gee (Shari) of Blackville, S.C. She is also survived by six step grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Lionel L. Edwards.

A memorial service celebrating Jane’s life will be held on Dec. 4, 2013, at Bethel Park United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials may be made to Bethel Park United Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
