Mr. Percy Thomas Owens, 88, darkened the threshold of death’s door, entering into a realm of peace and serenity on October 31, 2013.

A Service of Triumph, celebrating Percy’s life will be held 12:00 noon, Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Asbury United Methodist Church, 1392 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456. His mortal frame will be laid to rest in the serenity of the Rosewood Memorial Park in Virginia Beach, VA.
