FRANKLIN – Mildred Cobb Johnson, 90, died on November 1, 2013 at Riverside Convalescent Center in Smithfield. Ms. Johnson was a native of Franklin.

Survivors include her daughters, Diane J. Blankenship, of Franklin and Janet J. Hudgins and husband, Wayne, of Mineral. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Monday, November 4, 2013 at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church with the Rev. Edmund Pickup officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Spring Cemetery.
