Willis “Bill” Walter Whisenant, 73, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2013.

He was the son of the late George Toy Whisenant and Reldy Mull Whisenant. Bill was also preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his daughter, Theresa Waugh; girlfriend, Margaret Burfoot; sister, Mary Sue W. Archer and husband, Honey; brothers, Bob Whisenant and wife, Jean, and Ralph Whisenant and wife, Betty.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 11:00 am at Ivor United Methodist Church.
