VIRGINIA BEACH – Judith A. Barker, 75, of Manoomin Place passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013.

Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Catherine Sensmeyer.

She was a retired Engineering Tech for VDOT.

Judith is survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” Barker; two daughters, Lori Vernosky and husband Greg, Kim Fanney and husband Roger; and a sister, Joan Jaser.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013 at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel. Private burial will be held at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veteran’s Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad.
