PORTSMOUTH-Linwood Thaddeus “Tee” Dillard, 77 of Portsmouth, VA died on September 26, 2013 after a long illness. He was a native of Franklin, VA.

Mr. Dillard retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. He was employed as a Longshoreman and held positions at the Norfolk naval Shipyard.

Survivors include his daughter, Deborah D. Dillard of Suffolk; his son, Linwood R. Dillard of Portsmouth, VA; one brother, Thurman Dillard; and one sister, Barbara Dillard of Suffolk.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, October 2, 2013 in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Interment will be in Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
