WINDSOR—A large truck reportedly collided with a car, severely injuring at least one person, according to Don Robertson, spokesman for Isle of Wight County. He added that the Nightingale rescue helicopter has been called to the scene.

The accident is believed to have occurred at approximately 2 p.m. in the parking lot area of Windsor Town Hall on East Windsor Boulevard.
