WINDSOR – Arthur S. Allmond, of Windsor, died Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg, VA, after a long illness. He was 90 years old and a lifelong resident of Isle of Wight County, Virginia. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 12 noon at The New Jones Grove Baptist Church, 15090 Woodland Drive, Windsor, VA 23487.

Viewing will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2013 at Pretlow and Chapman Funeral Home, Smithfield, VA.
