To the Editor,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported me during this tough time. Your words of encouragements, pats on the back, handshakes, emails, letters to the editor, etc. all helped me get through this. Today (Monday, Aug. 12) the judge “no processed” the case and my attorney asked the judge to withdraw the request for reimbursement of court costs and attorney fees at this time.

Again, I want to offer my sincerest apologies to anyone those emails offended. I assure you it will not happen again. They were inappropriate, and I am truly sorry and take full responsibility since I was the one who forwarded them.

My prayers are that we can ALL work together to make Isle of Wight County a better place to live.
