Virginia Beach – Howard O. Jones, Jr. of Essex Pond Quay passed away peacefully at Portsmouth Naval Hospital during the morning hours of July 14, 2013 at the age of 77. Homegoing services will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, July 17th at Laurel Hill United Church of Christ in Suffolk, Virginia. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Harris Funeral Home (Suffolk, VA).
