FRANKLIN—Gladys Parker Gardner, 98, passed away May 23, 2013. Mrs. Gardner was born in Isle of Wight County. She was a retired Nurse’s Aide from Obici Hospital, member of the Suffolk Moose Lodge and a foster parent in Isle of Wight County for many years.

Survivors include her son, James A. Coggsdale, Jr., and his wife, Shirley of New Port Richey, FL.
