SUFFOLK—Willie Vernard “Pete Wiggins, 69, of 6201 Holy Neck Road, Suffolk, Va., died Friday, May 10, 2013 at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 6100 Holy Neck Road, Suffolk, officiated by Rev. William L. Lang. Interment will be in Mt.
