SUFFOLK—Mrs. Lillie V. Collins died on May 5, 2013 at Sentara Obici Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her sons, Linwood Lee White, Jr. of Franklin, Va., Charles D. White (Geraldine) of Norfolk, Va., and Glennis White of Portsmouth, Va.; her daughters, Ellen J. Williams of Norfolk, Joyce Shands (Jackie) of Suffolk, Va. and Carolyn A. Matthews (Gerald) of North Carolina; brothers, Bishop Charlie Collins, Jr., Thurman Collins and Theodore Collins (Ella) all of Suffolk, Va. and her sisters, Effie Barnes and Minnie Scott (Thomas), also of Suffolk.

A Home Going Service was held at 12 p.m., on Friday May 10, 2013 at the St. Phillips Pentecostal Holiness Church with Bishop Goodwin officiating. Visitation was held on Thursday. Entombment was at Carver Memorial Cemetery, Suffolk. The family assembled at Harris Funeral Home for the funeral procession. Harris Funeral Home, Inc. has been entrusted with the funeral services.
