ORWELL, Ohio—Gloria J. Williams of Orwell, Ohio, departed this life to claim her eternal reward on May 6, 2013. She was born May 26, 1947 to Phillip Henry Williams Sr. and Thelma Hart Williams in Franklin, Va. For many years, Gloria was her father’s caregiver and she cared for others in the community.

Besides her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Cecilia Combe (Kenneth), Leesburg, Va., Donna Boykins (Tonie), Franklin, Va.; one sister, Glenda Williams, Franklin, Va.; seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A homegoing service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2013, East End Church of God, 410 East Street, Franklin, VA, Bishop S.D. Willis is pastor; Pastor Kenneth Ricks will deliver the eulogy. The interment is in Southview Cemetery. A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M.
