FRANKLIN—Mrs. Phyllis W. Williams of Mariner Street, Franklin, passed away April 25, 2013.

A homegoing service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 3, at Agape Worship Center, 1307 Mariner Street, Franklin, with Bishop Calvin Hanshaw delivering the eulogy. Burial is in Southview Cemetery.
