SUFFOLK—Gladys Belinda “Puddin” Porter, 62, of Suffolk, died on April 29, 2013 at Sentara Obici Hospital.

Mrs. Porter was a graduate of Southampton County High School was employed by Wal-Mart.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Elder Aron Porter, Sr.; daughters, Rhonda Cowling and Regina Westbrook (Johnnie of Suffolk; sons, Aron Porter, Jr. (Nakisha) and Theotis Porter, Sr.(Sarah), all of Suffolk; sister, Bernice Wiggins of Suffolk; and brothers, Thomas Scott and Willie Lee Warren (Beverly) of Suffolk

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Tabernacle Christian Church, 2500 East Washington Street, Suffolk, officiated by Elder Aron Porter, Sr. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.  The family will be at 1232 Truman Road, Suffolk.
