SUFFOLK—Dorothy Riddick Carter, 81, died on March 28, 2013.

Dorothy was a school bus driver for the City of Suffolk for 45 years.

She is survived by a son, Wayne Carter and wife Rose of Southern Shores, N.C.; a brother, Mills J. Riddick and wife Virginia of Powers Point, N.C.; and a sister, Marie M. Pierce of Windsor, Va.

A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, March 31, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St, Suffolk Va. by Rev. Dustin C. Daniels, Pastor Steve C. Taylor, and Rev. Bert Pearce. Entombment will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
