RICHMOND—Mr. R. Bernard Johnson of Richmond, Va., formerly of Franklin, Va., died on March 16, 2013. A homegoing service will be held at noon on Friday, March 22, 2013, Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Nathaniel Scates delivering the eulogy; Bishop Robert Duck is pastor. The interment is in the church cemetery. A traditional service will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons, Inc., 224 S. Main St., Franklin, Va.
