BRANCHVILLE—Willie Inell Blunt, 82, of 33417 The Hall, died Feb. 9, 2013, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

A funeral will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Shiloh Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Rising Star Baptist Church Cemetery.
