AHOSKIE, N.C.—Mary Ann Fretwell Harrison, 73, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, N.C.

A funeral will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at the Chapel of Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service in Ahoskie. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in Ahoskie

A native of Hertford County, Mrs. Harrison was employed by Sprint for 38 years.

Locally, she is survived by a son, Greg Harrison of Como, N.C.
