Sandra B. Briggs of Windsor died Friday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Sentara Obici Hospital.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Chapel Grove United Church of Christ, 7366 West Blackwater Road, Windsor.

The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority will have its Omega Omega Service 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home.
