DREWRYVILLE—Mary Rebecca “Becky” Blackburn of Drewryville died Saturday, January 19, 2013.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Skip Blackburn; two daughters, Sarah B. Jones and husband, Rick, of Cary, N.C, and Dorothy “Beth” Worton of Laurel, Md.; two grandsons, Isaac Wise and Jackson Worton; five brothers, Bill Owen and wife, Ginger, of Suffolk, Bobby Owen and wife, Linda, of Portsmouth, Dr. Tom Owen and wife, Suzanne, of Richmond, Wayne Owen and wife, Catherine, of Atlanta, Ga., and Jim Owen and wife, Joan, of Chesapeake and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Road, Jarratt, Va. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at Antioch Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Thomas Memorial Baptist Church. Drewryville Woman’s Club or the Drewryville Ruritan Club.
