IVOR—Nathaniel B. “Freck” Newby, 90, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, at the Maryview Nursing Home, Suffolk.

The funeral will be held noon today, Jan. 18, at Cypress Baptist Church in Elberon.

Locally, he is survived by a brother, Vernon, of Wakefield.
