ELIZABETH CITY, N.C.—Quintin WilliSachual Epps, 21, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, after being shot in Elizabeth City, N.C.

A service was held Jan. 12 at First Baptist Church, Disputanta. Burial was in Union Baptist Church, Surry.

Mr. Epps was employed by Family Dollar in Hertford, N.C.

He is survived by his parents, Clinton Hill of Waverly and Tijuana Hill of Disputanta; brothers Tyjuan and Clinton of Waverly, Brandon Brown of Ettrick and Khalil Watson of Brooklyn, N.Y.; sisters Dominique Wilkins of Waverly and Amisha Epps of Petersburg; and grandparents, Josephine Epps of Disputanta and Frances Blackwell of Waverly.
