FRANKLIN—Host Franklin on Tuesday defeated Windsor 53-45 in a Tri-Rivers District match.

Windsor’s Malcom Green led the Dukes with 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Donovan Cosbert had 13 points and four steals for the losers. Sharod Patterson scored 7 points.

“Windsor led most of the game, however, turnovers and missed assignments led to our defeat,” said Coach Brandon Bossick. “The young men are working hard, but we need to finish.”

Franklin statistics were not available.

At 5:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, the Dukes will play Surry and the Broncos will play Sussex. Both are road games.
