FRANKLIN—Da’Kari T. Chambers, 11 months, of Franklin died Dec.17, 2012.

He is survived by his parents, Kimberly Jordan and Dominique Chambers; grandmothers, Vicky Jordan and Charlene Chambers; and grandfathers, Orvine Winborne, Milton Lee and Craig Ennis.

A funeral will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, at St. Luke AME Zion Church in Franklin.
