James Matthew Edwards, 86, of Windsor died Dec. 14, 2012.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at Mill Swamp Church Cemetery. Calling hours will be 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, at Parr Funeral Home.

He is survived by his daughter, Lucy Ann Edwards Martin of Windsor; sons, James Shelton Edwards of Carrollton, Herbert Lee Edwards of Remseck, Germany, and Robert Matthew Edwards of Smithfield; a sister, Lola Gibbs; and brothers Clarence Edwards and Morris Edwards.
