WINDSOR—Cecil Thomas Edwards, 59, of Windsor died Nov. 15, 2012.

Visitation will be 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at the Shank home.

A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Edwards was a mechanic for the City of Suffolk.

He is survived by a son, Shaun Edwards; sisters Toni Shank, Marion Burden, Jane Pittman, Evelyn Bristow and Edith Jean; and brothers Dudley Edwards and Paul Edwards.
