FRANKLIN—Virginia Clarice Scott, 74, died November 11, 2012.

She was predeceased by her parents, Carroll V. and Rachel F. Scott; and her sister, Carole S. McLean.

She is survived by a brother, Ritchie V. Scott, and his wife, Rosemary, of Franklin, and a host of nieces and nephews.
