CAPRON—Joice Marie Ezzell, 75, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Southampton Memorial Hospital.

Ms. Ezzell was a daughter of the late Edward and Marjorie Louise Stewart, and was predeceased by a daughter, Lori Price, and a brother, Edward Stewart Jr.

She was a retired accountant.

Left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Cheryl Brown Sifford (Darryl) of Capron, Va.; son, Robert L. Brown Jr. of Henderson, N.C.; six grandchildren, Michele Walker, Lauren Brown, Christopher Sifford, Robert Brown III, Blake Brown and Sierra Brown; six great-grandchildren, Joshua Jenks, Melanie Brown, Natalie Werndli, Shane Brown, Lori Cooke and Zachery Pendergrass; and many nieces and nephews, including Marjorie Stewart, Brenda Stewart and Jackie Stewart, all of Puerto Rico.

A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at Wright Funeral Home, 206 W. Fourth Ave., Franklin, Va., with the Rev. Hoyle Green officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
