HAMPTON—Waverly native Catherine H. Reed, 83, died Oct. 23, 2012.

The funeral was Friday at Miracle Temple Baptist Church, Newport News

Mrs. Reed retired from Pentran.

She is survived by daughters Linda Conyers, Patricia Reed-Davis and Elain Edmunds; and siblings Norman Jones Jr., Norma and Johnnie Jones, both of Newport News, Barbara Brown of California, Gloria Conyers and Rose Tucker.
