WINDSOR—A Windsor man on Thursday was charged with having sex with a relative other than a wife, the Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Carl Douglas Noce, 56, of the 21000 block of Orbit Road was charged with nine counts of incest. He was arrested without incident at Surry Power Station, where he works.

The allegations stem from a report made last month to the sheriff’s office by a family member. The alleged conduct occurred from 1998-2001.

Noce is being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bond pending a hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 9.
