FRANKLIN—Norma Page Rowe, 82, died Sept. 2, 2012, at home in Franklin.

A resident of Norfolk most of her life, she was a retired accountant for the U.S. State Department.

She is survived by her husband, John Alan Rowe; daughter, Melissa J. Lindsay of Hortonville, Wisc.; and son, Thomas Rowe of Richmond Ind.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 28, on Norma’s birthday.
