Evina Bland, 84 of Hampton died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at Autumn Care of Suffolk.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, in the Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

A native of Gates, N.C., she retired as a domestic worker.

Locally she is survived by a sister, Virginia Stephens of Franklin.
