COMO, N.C.—Elizabeth Cullins Parker, 85, of Como, N.C., died Aug. 24 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

A service was held Monday at Buckhorn Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Garrett-Jones Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Mrs. Parker retired as the nutrition site manager with the Hertford County Office of the Aging after 25 years of service.

Locally she is survived by daughters Pat Duke and Debbie Cowan, both of Murfreesboro, N.C., and Tracey White of Como; and sisters, Ola Paige Drewry of Courtland and Virginia Williams of Franklin.
