FRANKLIN—Three men allegedly beat and robbed a Courtland man at 9 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Meadow Lane, Franklin police said.

The 32-year-old victim told police he was walking to a friend’s home on Clay Street when the trio jumped out of a vehicle, kicked and stomped on him, and stole his money.

There was no weapon displayed, and the victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries, police said. He was unable to describe his attackers or their vehicle.
