CHESAPEAKE—George T. “G.T.” Jones Jr. of Chesapeake died Aug. 7, 2012.

Funeral services were held Saturday at East End Baptist Church, Suffolk.

An educator for more than 30 years, Mr. Jones worked for the Isle of Wight County School system.

Crocker Funeral Home handled arrangements.
