WAKEFIELD—Isle of Wight County native Joseph Napolean Moody Jr., 86, died Monday, July 30, 2012, at his home.

A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, at Wakefield Baptist Church. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow at Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery in Ivor.

Immediate survivors include his wife, Dorothy Moody; a son, Terry; a daughter, Jeanette.
