WINDSOR—A Carrsville man suffered minor injuries after the car he was driving hit a ditch and rolled at 7:11 p.m. Friday in the 25000 block of Walters Highway near Windsor, Virginia State Police reported.

Trerric Long of the 1500 block of Lawrence Drive was charged with failure to maintain his lane, police said.
