NORFOLK—Wallace Blow Jr. of Norfolk died July 23 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

A homegoing service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 30, at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Rosewood Ave., Franklin. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.

Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Franklin, is handling arrangements.
