CARRSVILLE—Annie Inell Arrington Rutledge, 77, widow of Walter Everett Rutledge Sr., passed away June 13, 2012.

Born in Franklin, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mable Arrington.

Mrs. Rutledge was a retired accountant for Leggett’s Department Store in Franklin and a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Carolyn Clifford and Tena Goodson; and a brother, Gene Arrington.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Tammy Lynn Rutledge of Burlington, N.C.; a son, Walter E. Rutledge Jr. of Sedley; two grandchildren, Brett Everett Rutledge and Blake Emerson Rutledge; and a brother, Charles Arrington of Courtland.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Wright Funeral Home with Rev. Ernest Trueblood officiating. Burial will follow at Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.
