COURTLAND—Mr. and Mrs. David Fowler Jr. of Courtland are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina Nicole, to Brian Lee Vaughan.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Hawkins of Franklin and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Vaughan of Newsoms.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Franklin High School and a 2009 graduate of Paul D. Camp Community College with an associate degree in nursing. She is employed at Southampton Memorial Hospital.
Her fiancé is a 1998 graduate of Windsor High School. He is employed by E.C. Whitley Enterprise in Franklin. An August 2012 wedding is planned.
