SUFFOLK—”Willie B” William Babb Copeland, 74, died June 6, 2012.

A funeral will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk. Burial will follow at Windsor Cemetery.

Friends may call 7 to 8 p.m. today, June 8, at the funeral home and other times at the residence.

A Windsor native, Mr. Copeland owned and operated Windsor Manor Park and was a member of the Windsor Volunteer Fire Department since 1962, serving as chief from 1967 to 2005. He also served as a former justice of the peace.

Among survivors are his wife, Patricia Copeland; daughter, Tricia Cahoon of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and sons W. Steve and Dennis Copeland, both of Windsor.
