AHOSKIE, N.C.—Junious Issac “Bubba” Parker Jr., 70, of Ahoskie, N.C., died May 29, 2012, at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie.

Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, June 4, at Vaughan Funeral Home in Franklin.

A native of Isle of Wright County, Mr. Parker worked for International Paper in Franklin for several years.

Among local survivors are a son, Roy Parker of Franklin; a daughter, Teresa Parker of Windsor; and a brother, James Andrew Parker of Carrsville.

Hunter’s Funeral Home in Ahoskie handled arrangements.
