PORTSMOUTH-Novella B. “Aunt Hookie” Council, 80, of Portsmouth died Thursday, May 17, 2012.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 24, at Metropolitan Funeral Service, 5605 Portsmouth Blvd., Portsmouth, followed by burial in Lincoln Cemetery, Portsmouth.
Mrs. Council was a Branchville native.
